What if your team was a Magic: the Gathering deck? Fourth up and we’ve got a very new team but a very old format in Legacy. Well, old format but taken over by a ton of new cards. We’ll see if I vibe with any of the new lists or I just go old school and go way back. We’ve got bad colours for this though, known blue Legacy format.
Liffeyside Celtic Football Club / Club Sportif Rova Mpanjaka
Okay, so with a GW deck in Legacy, we can’t find anything actually good, since you know, we play real colours in Legacy. Does Cradle count? It’s green. Maybe there’s a bad GW infect list, actually, since Liffey isn’t good, we can easily assign it Maverick! Maverick is a deck that asks, what if we just play bad cards that combine to be okay with a lot of work, instead of just playing the good cards. It’s fun to play if you like it, but don’t mind all the Ls

Where is Rova Mpanjaka btw? I don’t know this city. The logo immediately tells me where I’m going though, it kinda looks like a tree, which is what Grove of the Burnwillows is, and since Liffey isn’t good, we get to play Punishing Fire, known useless card for idiots like myself who love repeating game actions that don’t lead anywhere but the the 0-3 bracket.

This deck also has a nice thing in that it’s a recent deck and is also a version of Maverick, which is the majors team.
