The season is here!

It's been a really long off-season because of the World Sim Soccer Cup, and it's been quite difficult to keep up the interest in the league when there's a month of just not doing anything. Of course there's real logisitics issues like needing to build the sim file after the promotion split. I'm glad that we're back into it though, the friendlies happened and it was fun to watch my player run around again. It's sad that I'm not a good player now that I'm with people with actual TPE levels, but that's entirely different and something I'm okay and happy with! I'm having a ton of fun just getting to upgrade my player every week, usually at least one stat point but most of the time a couple because I've got so much stuff at minor capacity. I'm really happy to have someone help me with my build as well, as I've got no experience in doing actual sim stuff or playing these games in any league. I'm hoping to have a fun season, being able to include a clause for a GM to make you a trading card when you hit benchmarks is honestly a game changer and I'm going to be putting that in all my future sim league contracts.
