Pending Free Agents Starting on Monday, all pending free agents can start talking to all teams for a possible Free Agent Signing without tampering. Players can sign an extension with their current team during this upcoming week but must wait until the start of S3 to sign with a new team. Any signing happening after the start of the new season would mean that the team signing the player is required to reduce their transfer budget in accordance with the player's transfer value. SSL Prospect Draft A lot of new prospects have joined the league in the past few weeks and we are less than one week away from the SSl Prospect draft. More information about this event will be provided during the week as the details are still being discussed. FC Rio Relocation As part of the hire of <a href='index.php?showuser=117' rel='nofollow' alt='profile link' class='user-tagged mgroup-7'>@ColeMrtz</a> as the new manager of FC Rio, the BoD also approved an application for relocation.
