They always say that a great locker room atmosphere and mostly active is key to these kinds of leagues. Ιt definitely helps you be active as well, makes you have fun in the league and it works like a general motivation wheel to your whole trip to sim leagues. Sometimes you might get attached to locker rooms that you have made friends there and stay even after the cycle in the specific league reaches its end, while there are times that the specific locker room is "just another server" you need to clear out from the list of your servers, something expendable.
The Catalunya locker room though... it doesn't fall in any of those previous categories, at least for me. The Catalunya peeps are, at this point, something more than friends. You may say it a getaway from real life, a place to discuss all your interests, a place to have a great laugh, a family.. I call it all that. Everything you ever want, this locker room has it. People to discuss your favourite sports, to listen to new music, to game together, to even share food tips and your FOTD (food of the day). The locker room also holds some master minds of the game we all love (myself included but not to boast), Football Manager, so you know you always have help with everything and how to develop the tactics.
But a locker room would be empty without people. And what can you even say for these people.. They are the most kind bunch I've seen ever probably in sim leagues, always helping you when you are in a bad mood, always there to bust a laugh, or discuss something serious or something that is troubling one. They always encourage you in the league games as well, whether you did bad or good, so there is no bad clouds ever. And what can I say as well about the individuals. Omni, our favourite Barca superfan, always drunk and high, high and drunk, and also sick. Aneeq being a great pair to Omni in regards of the high and drunk part and also having definitely chill travels around the world. Yoshi and their pumpkin pies, Reno and his two loves: Bamford and eccentricity... I could go on and on and on about every fellow in the LR but I have already reached my words and it's 12AM
Point is, the locker room is great, the people are even greater, and I absolutely love every minute of it, and I am far from grateful that I met those people. And hopefully, we continue all together, even if we are in the same team or no. Because families never separate...
*this is also a farewell message to the dearest Aneeq and Canes, you guys will definitely be missed, but we will still be all together*
