Hugh Mann’s Hopes
New player Hugh Mann (He’s from Earth, believe him!) has a vast love of the fellow human sport called Soccer. He is a big fan ofscuttling running, going for the ball, and all of the kicking! His hobbies when not playing include being trustworthy (especially when putting battle plans into the main computer), Not spraying ink when escaping his enemies, cutting items for friends, and enjoying the superlative delicacy known as anchovies. Some of Hugh’s Dislikes include hot and dry temperatures, having his home burn down when underwater and the horrible instance of losing your shell when molting.
Hugh has multiple strengths as a player, most notably his Pace and Acceleration, which comes from running on the beaches where he grew up. On the negative side, Hugh is lacking wide spread skill in technical areas but hopes to work on that as he becomes more used to the league and its training regimen. Based on his respective strengths and weaknesses, Hugh figured that playing a defensive position would serve his team more than a purely offensive one but he did train a little as a striker before his joining of the Simulation Soccer League. Physically Hugh stands a mighty 6 foot 9 inches when not crouched over, and a hefty 240 pounds. All together this makes him quite a physical specimen that any team would be happy to have maybe. Hugh looks forward to being able to do what needs to be done for any team that decides to pick him up on the waiver wire and usher in an exciting new time of his life amongst fellow humans playing this fine sport of soccer!
