The Ankle Assassin
#1
When joining the league IP had the intention of emulating Alphonso Davies in his play, and really being a dominant force in the SSL on the scoresheet, and for his team. He would practice on his physical abilities, ensuring that he was one of the fastest players on the pitch, could create insane chances for his teammates or even bury a goal himself from time to time. After being drafted to Montreal in Season 2, IP was pumped to finally begin to prove himself to Montreal fans and management with the skills he so truly knew he had. This however would all change once he stepped onto the pitch.

During the first season with Montreal, a young IP immediately began to get frustrated while out on the pitch, maybe it was the fact that his english was poor or the fact that the pace of football was different then when he was used to back home. This would be the challenge IP would face every single time he would start for Montreal. It got to a point where it was almost guaranteed that IP would get a yellow card or two every single game, and be on the end of a large amount of fouls, while also being fouled alot himself in retaliation. As the seasons progressed IP began to garner the nickname of the Ankle Asssasin, as his gameplay changed from that of a prolific Full/Wingback to a thug out on the field stopping goalscoring chances with his very questionable slide tackling.

While the fans had a great laugh at the results IP was getting, management began to tire of the fact that IP was leaving the team with 10 men on more than one occasion, and putting them at a disadvantage. As such, he tends to get less minutes these days, and has been told to work on his football skill, and less on his goonery.
