Given the change in draft class cutoff, all new players creating during a season will be directly placed in the Academy league. We have already had a couple of S10 players creating and they will begin their Academy season as soon as the file is ready. S9 players have the possibility to play one additional season in the Academy, getting to play in every game while improving their player for the purposes of joining their SSL team back at season's end. The Academy will mainly be simmed by <a href='index.php?showuser=154' rel='nofollow' alt='profile link' class='user-tagged mgroup-7'>@Laser</a> and the games will air on the "off"-days, i.e. Monday and Thursday throughout the season. The league will start off with four teams, each facing each other three times for a total of 12 games. In the case a team is not able to fill their roster with active and recent creates, they will be given older IA free agent players with around 350-400 TPE to accompany them. <div align="center"><img src='https://files.jcink.net/uploads2/simsoccer/Emoticons/SSL_Logo_30px.png' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='https://files.jcink.net/uploads2/simsoccer/Emoticons/SSL_Logo_30px.png' /> The SSL Teams <img src='https://files.jcink.net/uploads2/simsoccer/Emoticons/SSL_Logo_30px.png' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='https://files.jcink.net/uploads2/simsoccer/Emoticons/SSL_Logo_30px.png' /></div> As of right now the teams are non-branded and are not connected to any specific country or city. In FM they are located in Australian cities due to FM requiring a club to be somewhere and with the league being based in Australia this was the logical simple solution. In the future this might change and we will be informing you of these changes as they come later in the calendar year. As a lifelong SSL Blue fan, I can't win to see the upcoming UNDEFEATED season they're about to drop.
