Sights on a Cup
#1
Once again to start the season Reykjavik is in top form and looking like the top dog this season. The team has been well built with a lot of talent at every position and lots of attention to detail with roster construction and tactics. Reykjavik seems to know they are one of the best teams in the league, but there’s one thing that seems to be on their mind: Cup success. Reykjavik has been one of the better teams over the past few season but the Cup eludes them. While they have won pretty much all there is to win as a team, that’s the only competition they have not been able to secure.

There is a lot of great players on this team and I think they will definitely be working hard to win the league again, but I know there’s a little bit of extra fire for the Cup after losing in the finals 2 seasons in a row. That takes a toll on players, which is odd because they know they can get things done and win games, so why has the Cup final escaped them? Some speculate they could be tired come Cup final, others thing it just happens that way. Whatever it may be, they are trying to avenge it this season. Can they finally do it?
