LeDiver Reflects
#1
Hol LeDiver is reflecting on his lengthy career, almost all of it as the captain of the Reykjavik United. He has long felt that his team should have multiple cup wins, but the team has always been bogged down by lengthy flights to the final and can never seem to put it away when it counts. LeDiver has several team championships to his name, but has very little individual trophies. This is something that has been nagging him for several seasons now and has led him to reflect and think about when the time will be the hang it all up. This season LeDiver has played fairly similarly to previous seasons and that may not bode well for his future.

For now, he’s focused on this season and excited to hear the announcement for the next World Simulation Football Classic. It’s been some time since he last suited up for the British Isles and he’s excited to see how things have changed. Back then, the team was all defense and barely scored at all. He still remembers the time when they advanced due to an own goal by the other team. While that was fun, he’s hopeful that the countries involved have developed some offensive talent to go along with the strong backline.
