Another week one step closer to the end of this season for Catalunya. Carolien once again having been moved to a new position moving from attacking midfield to Striker a position she's familiar with from her sister Vivianne. The coming matchdays and last cup quarter final's game was less than ideal for the team.
Matchday 9 was less than stellar as Catalunya took on Schwarzwälder resulting in a 5-3 loss the goals coming from Bayley de Allie and a own goal recorded by Duncan Maxwell. Bonito and Poggio recording assists for Catalunya in a game where they were completely outclassed
Quarter Final's game 2 was very different than the first game as Catalunya tied 4-4 against Reykjavik United. The goal scorers being Miedema, Bonito and Poggio scoring the game tying goal in 2 minutes of added time. Bonito getting 2 goals and an assist, Kamenova and Poggio also recording an assist while Bonito picks up player of the match.
Matchday 10, USP beat Catalunya 3-1 in a game Catalunya was outshot by almost double and only has possession 43% of the game, Catalunya's only goal coming from de Allie
Matchday 11, Catalunya upset Hollywood beating them 2-1 on goals from Nelson and Fry who scored the game winning goal in extra minutes. Kamenova picking up the player of the match with an assist along with Aart de Trella also recording an assist.
With just 3 more matchdays left for Catalunya there isn't much chance they'll move from bottom part of the table.
