BIZARRE BUST-UP BETWEEN CONOR MCGREGOR AND SEOUL CITY MYTHIC PLAYER DAÍBHÍ BARR
#1
TMZ has learned of a bizarre bust-up in a Seoul nightclub between MMA superstar Conor McGregor and emerging footballer Daíbhí Barr. Eyewitnesses say the VIP area of popular high end nightclub "Octagon" in the Gangnam neighborhood of the city looked like an earthquake had struck after the pair had been separated. The fight between the two Irishmen allegedly started after McGregor got told off by Barr for bothering a woman that was with the football player's crew. Apparently, the ex-MMA champion did not take kindly to this and started a violent altercation. TMZ can not currently confirm much of the details since there seems to be no video footage of the incident, but we are told that Barr's Seoul teammate, Andres "El Loco" de Giron, landed several punches and kicks on McGregor and his crew, blurting out various Spanish expletives while doing so. The parties eventually got separated, but not before McGregor shouted some choice words about the footballer's Nigerian heritage. Asked for confirmation about the incident, "Octagon" ownership replied: "We never comment on individual incidents out of respect to our guest's privacy. We can confirm two parties had to be separated this Friday night, and bans have been handed out." Video footage from outside the nightclub showed Barr, wearing sunglasses, flanked by a red-faced de Giron, and tall Seoul goalkeeper James Asprey, who appeared to be in good spirits. Representatives for neither Barr or McGregor could be reached for a comment, but Barr seems to have addressed the issue with a  post on social media platform X, seemingly taking a dig at McGregor's rumored drug problems, reading "No matter what anyone tells you, cocaine is bad for you ;)"
