A day in the life

The academy season is on the way and we have had some great games so far, also some not great games, but that is how it is. I am still getting used to my team mates and I have some strugges adjusting. I still feel I am not fully pulling my weight and that I can do better. Good thing the coaches also noticed this and are helping me improve my game. I did however get my first goal and my first assist which felt amazing to be honest. Nothing beats scoring a screamer from outside the box and feel the roar of that crowd. I also got into a fight with the referee the other day, he booked me for it. I was a bit frustrated all game that nothing worked whatever I tried. This week there are a few more games on the agenda, so we will have to see if my games has indeed improved over the course of the last few days. Off the field everything has been amazing. Jakarta is a great club and the fans are amazing as well. The other day we held a FC tournament. I was terrible at it, but that did not matter at all.

The article has a bit of a disjointed flow and while a structure is attempted, it was a bit rushed. The narrative elements were developed a bit as the sentences built on each other, but were fairly minimal. I'd have liked to hear more about the FC Tournament and bonding with teammates. This could have really made the article more engaging!
