This might have been the most painfull loss of my career so far, not only did this loss endanger our title chances for the first time in the season, I also have a rivalry with my fellow wing/fullback from the same draft class, mister @Lpapi . The only consolation I had is that I had a better performance than he did in this match.

Match Review
We started this match on the backfoot, after only 10 minutes Marean Dohbra managed to beat Joao Cancelo and put Kaapstad ahead. What followed were 50 minutes where Paris was in control, testing the goalkeeper on numerous occasions but not able to make the finishing move. Untill the 60th minute when Belmont equalized, however this equalizer did not last long as only 5 minutes later a Paris player made a handball in the area, Ashworth finished the penalty with ease and Kaapstad were once again in the lead. The last 25 minutes Paris did not do enough to equalize so that is how the game ended.

Like the last match versus Rova Paris showed themselves very capable of creating chances but was having some issues finishing them. Once again leading in shots, shots on target and xG, albeit only slightly this time. I must say I do not see hand ball penalties that often so I do think we were a little unlucky with that decision.

Once again I had a good match personally, in a bad performance of the team. I was the main attacking outlet, creating 3 clear cut chances.
After some nice back and forth with Tarandus in the 60th minute I got the chance for a cross, it landed on the head of belmont and he headed it in.
I come away with mixed feelings after this match, an assist to add to the collection but I would have preferred the 3 points.
