Yep, that's right, I've decided to keep going with the WSFC Reviews, but only the 2023 ones because the WSFC Team Smilies still haven't been updated. UGH! Anyway, let's start the review.
No Ladder preview today because there's no point.
In the 4th minute, Pyrenees won a goal kick with Koschei Oakdown to take it. Koschei attempts to cross the ball to the striker, the ball is aiming for Mojo Rizing, but it's a contested battle with Mojo and David Brukspatron, it does end up on Mojo's head nodding towards Franco Torres, Hendrik Lind is gonna get the ball, but makes a big mistake by letting the ball go into the foot of Franco, Franco makes the run into the box, he gets in, shoots, and he scores the opener for Pyrenees, they could close the game.
In the 7th minute, Baltic won a throw-in with Gunther Pleasureman to take it. Gunther throws it to Walter Pinkman, Walter passes backwards to Helena Söderberg, Helena passes to Jeremiah (That's actually his full name, not last name, not first name, full), Jeremiah passes to Juha Jarvinen, Juha attempts to make a run, Juha passes to Kimi Häkkinen, Kimi also attempts to make a run, Kimi makes A CROSS TO AIMO TÄLLI, AND AIMO SCORES THE EQUALISER, KIMI HÄKKINEN WITH A ABSOLUTELY MAGNIFICENT CROSS/ASSIST TO AIMO AND AIMO UNDERSTOOD THE ASSIGNMENT, THIS COULD BE THE START OF A 1-0 COMEBACK!
In the 52nd-53rd minute, the highlight started with Pyrenees in possession with Pascal Anivierre with the ball. Pascal passes to Jay Cue, but Helena Söderberg does a clean slide tackle, and the ball goes to Gunther Pleasureman with the possession now in favour of Baltic. Gunther passes to Walter Pinkman, Walter passes back to Gunther, Gunther passes backwards to David Brukspatron, David passes to Hendrik Lind, Hendrik passes back to David, back to Hendrik, passes to Helena, back to Hendrik, passes to Jeremiah, back to Hendrik, passes to Juha Jarvinen, passes to Kimi Häkkinen, back to Juha, back to Kimi, Juha runs forward, and it's back to Juha, back to Jeremiah, back to Juha, so now is the time where I say, "Jeremiah, Juha Jarvinen, and Kimi Häkkinen passes the ball to each other practically not wasting time" because Juha ends up CROSSING THE BALL TO WALTER WHO'S FULLY AWARE OF THE PLAY, AND WALTER BRINGS BALTIC THE LEAD AFTER JUHA JARVINEN'S BRILLIANT CROSS, THIS COULD BE THE WINNER!
Walter Pinkman won the PoTM with a 7.6 rating, and Fallon d'Floor was the best performing player for Pyrenees.
Weird Names Tally: II
I'll be doing one more WSFC match next so stay tuned.
