Following Yeager through the Season
#1
It has been a long and storied 13 matches for Port Royal this season. The team is currently 8-0-5 in second place, right behind the juggernaut of Victoria Falls. With all that being said, how has Curtis Yeager performed in those games?

So, at the time of writing this article, only 12 games have been recorded in the academy index. Regardless of that, I still want to talk about his season in a statistical lens and see just how he's played.

In 12 appearances this season, Yeager currently totals to 4 assists. Which among his non-striker peers actually seems like a significant sum (especially because Yeager isn't taking many shots himself). He has 480 successful passes out of 559, with 32 key passes out of those 480 which once again seems like a solid number compared to his academy peers. He has created 8 total chances on goal, a decent amount though somewhat behind the top academy players. My guess is that he has not been as successful on big cross plays compared to others, as his 16.7% successful cross rate on 48 attempts seems somewhat low. In terms of errors and yellow/red cards, Yeager remains squeaky clean. He has yet to get carded and make a mistake that ends up leading to a goal, which is quite nice. At an average rating of 7.08 out of 10, Yeager seems like a moderately consistently player, able to make a few solid plays a game, play mistake free soccer and will hopefully be a solid addition to a club once he gets drafted next season.
