Walker traded to Seoul
#1
In a trade that took many by surprise earlier this week, Luke Walker has been traded from Masques Sacrés to Seoul Mythic. Not many if any were expected Walker to be traded but Seoul must be overjoyed at getting a quality striker in their ranks, a position of need for them and one that was (until this trade) priority number 1 for them in the upcoming draft.

Walker had a very successful season last year with Masques being the teams top scorer and definitely has the potential to become a superstar and has shown glimpses of this ability. For Masques, they will now be looking towards the draft to help combat losing both Walker and Seth McNeil, two of the S23 drafts top players.

Seoul / Catalunya insiders have shared with us that they believe they have gotten a steal with this trade. They have managed to get a player who is very active, always looking to improve and helps team-mates any chance he gets. Walker did have these words to say as he arrived at Seoul's facilities earlier today, "What a mad few days. I'm absolutely delighted to be here. The second I knew coming here was an option, I did the best I could to make it THE option and glad it all worked out. They have everything in place here to succeed and succeed now. I enjoyed my time at Masques and thankful for the opportunities that they gave me, but this is a new chapter and one that will end well for both myself and Seoul / Catalunya. Already met some of the guys here and they seem as eager as I am to get started for the next season, you can feel the buzz around the place, definitely a different kind of energy. I love it. Watch out guys, we have only just begun!"

Catalunya fans will already be prancing the streets after they managed to get promoted to Division 1 in the majors, but knowing Walker could be leading their front line at some point in the next few seasons will be sure to have them smiling ear to ear. No doubt Seoul will be looking forward to getting their hands on him and molding him to become the best version of himself. I for one cannot wait for the final product, Seoul play the type of football that should get the best out of Walker and vice versa.
