The first day of SSL Academy matches has concluded. Here are the results and their impact on the standings.
With the second matchday fast approaching, all eyes will undoubtedly be on the Port Royal FC - Stockholm IK match, the clash between the first and second-placed teams in the league.
We were first able to watch Atletico Madrid face Istanbul F.K. in the opening match of the competition. This match ended in a 1-1 draw.
We then had the opportunity to witness a match of rare intensity between the Victoria Falls and Stockholm IK clubs, which ended in a 4-2 victory for the Stockholm players.
