Cairo needs a win with a difference of 4 goals or more to go through. Do you feel confident in your ability to deny Cairo this much needed win and make it to the playoffs yourself?
Bergmann: Certainly. I think we are in a great position, having destiny in our own hands. The whole squad is looking for that opportunity to play for a spot in Division 1 of the Minors. We are aware that the odds are looking good to get to the playoffs but we all know not to underestimate Cairo. They can be a fierce opposition and will be highly motivated considering they too have the playoffs on the line.
Interviewer: Indeed you are in the better position. Last time we did an interview, not long ago, you did not have your fate in your hands, with Masques being ahead. How did it feel to see one of your rivals drop out of the race for second spot during the two last matchdays.
Bergmann: Obviously its rough for them, they lost two in a row, one of those against Cairo and gave away their chance for the playoffs. We are happy to be in the position we are but I feel for them. I am confident they will bounce back next season.
