CS Rova was coming into this match after drawing with Kaastad in their last match. A win would be huge for Rova because with Kaapsatd drawing with North Shore United in the first match of the day, Rova could jump from 6th to 4th

Rova kicked off to start the game and nothing happened because a sliding tackle by Reece Munro brings the highlight to an end with the ball going out for a Rova throw
Skipping ahead to the 11th minute with Rova set to restart play with a throw in from the right side. Rova works the ball around and Joe Martin finds Otto Rocket. Rocket takes the shot and Domingo Hernández gets enough of the ball to push it out for a corner. Thomas Schwarte inswings the ball to the near post and Jack Pow gets his head to the ball. His heading shot goes over the crossbar for a goal kick
On to the 14th minute and Montréal has a throw in to restart play. They work the ball back to the center circle and Dissa Pointment tries to get the ball to Bruce McAllister but Schwarte intercepts the pass. Rova launches a counter attack and Martin gets the ball in a dangerous spot, but has to slow down. He cuts it back to Puma Superhoops and he lets a 1 touch shot rip. The shot is just out of the reach of Domingo and finds the bottom right corner, Rova leads 1-0 early on. Rova did a fantastic job pushing Montréal's back 4 towards the goal to give Superhoops space for the shot
Skiping to the 18th minute now and Montréal has a throw in. The ball is worked to McAllister and he cuts it back to Dimitrios Karras. He gets by Scott Newman and lets one rip. Karras shot completely missed, but the official blew the play dead with the flags coming up due to McAllister being offsides. Rova has an indirect free kick to restart play. Also that was the end of that highlight
Skipping ahead to the 23rd minute now and Montréal Untied has a direct free kick after Matt Oopsie Wrongsport Turk got booked. Karras did a good job to get his shot on target and Ahmad Ampharos parries it out of play for a corner kick. Munro does an inswinger towards the near post and Turk is able to intercept the ball and clear it with his head. Montréal is forced to reset and the highlight ends
Moving on to the 25th minute and Rova has a throw in. Superhoops goes for a deep early cross, aiming to get the ball to Hans Grudnar and Domingo intercept the pass, plucking it right out of the air. He does a drop kick and Supeerhops intercept the pass, heading the ball to Martin. Rova works the ball around and Martin finds Grudnar wit a deep pass. On the half volley, Grudnar finds the back of the net to give Rova a 2-0 lead. He timed his run perfectly to stay onside
Jumping to the 37th minute and Montréal has a throw in. They work the ball back to the midfield line and Cameron Millwall finds Vincent Haye over the top. He attempts a shot on goal and Ampharos turns him away and forces a corner kick. Haye was really close to being offside, so I don't know if the goal would have counted. Munro aims for the near post and once again Turk heads it away. Munro is able to collect it and finds Alex Stain. He finds Munro and he takes a crack a goal, but Ampharos makes another save and forces another corner. Munro once again aim for the near post and Pointment is able to get there. The ball ricochets around and Turk has another clearance as the highlight ends
Now into the 45th minute and there will be 3 minutes of added time; Rova is set to restart play with a throw in. Schwarte has a lazy throw in and McAllister clears the ball with ease. Rova works back up the pitch with Martin going over the top to Rocket. He tries to get a low cross to Grudnar but the play is whistled dead as e was caught offsides
On to the 45+2" and this will likely be the last highlight of the 1st half. Montréal is set to restart play with a throw in and Tadgh O'Hurley throws it to Stain. He kicks all the way back to Domingo and then Montréal starts pushing forward. McAllister gets the ball, but loses it when Schwarte and POw dounble team him and takle the ball away. Rova works the ball around and gets it to Pow. He gets a cross into Rocket who takes a shot. He takes hot and the ball pinballs around and McAllister is there to pick it up and the highlight comes to an end

Quick jump ahead to the 47th minute and Rova had a throw in. Rova works the ball around and Superhoops loses control and Millwall tackles it away. Rova reclaims the possession after intercepting Domingo's clearence. Turk tries to push it forward, but O'Hurly intercepts it and Montréal starts a counter. Munro aims a cross to the far post and finds Barry McGlynn. His header goes over the crossbar and to the left for a Rova goal kick
Huge jump ahead to the 74th minute and Rova is set to throw the ball in. Rova works the ball back towards midfield to reset the attack. Superhoops finds Rocket with a nice through ball and he tries to get a cross in. Stain blocks it and defects the ball out for a Rova corner. Schwarte goes for an outswinger and finds Turk. The play is blown dead and Montréal is given an indirect free kick due to Turk using his hands
Quick jump to the 77th minute and Rova has an indirect free kick to restart play. After passing the ball around, Pow finds Schwarte down the pitch and goes over the top to him. Schwarte trie to get a cross to Newman, but Pointment blocks it and in the confusion, Stain clears it. Superhoops is able to get an angle for the shot and takes it. He beat Domingo, but it's just a bit too high as the ball deflects off the crossbar and out of play for a goal kick. One pointless skip later and Domingo is set to restart play. Montréal triangulates the ball and Domingo finally goes for a long pass. Rova intercepts it and takes control. Newman finds Grudnar and he buries his one touch shot into the bottom right corner and that might be the danger as Rova now has a 3-0 lead
Skiping to the 82nd minute and Rova has a direct free kick. Martin plays to Newman and he see that he has an open lane to take the shot. From distance, Newman buries the shot into the upper right corner and I just don't see how Montréal can come back from a 4-0 deficit with 8 minutes left plus extra time. So Newman has both a goal and assist in this one
Skipping ahead to the 87th minute and Montréal Untied has a throw in to restart play. At this point, they're just looking to get a goal on the board. They work the ball around and O'Hurley gets an early cross to the far post. McGlynn gets his head to the ball and puts it in the back of the net. Sure it's Montréal is going to lose, but they're playing for some pride now. A quick VAR check confirms that it's a good goal with McGlynn timing his run perfectly
Skipping to the 90th minute and there will be 2 minutes of stoppage time. Montréal is set to restart play with a corner kick. McAllister aims near post and Haye gets there. Ampharos is able to strech and makes the catching save to deny Haye. Rova's just rubbing salt in the wound at this point because they launch another attack. Superhoops finds Rocket who gets a cross to Newman and he buries the 1 touch shot into the back of the net for his 2nd of the game and Rova's 5th
