I do love TPE season, and I’ve just capped it off (for now) with my final store purchased TPE. Still have at least 1 Career Task to crush next week, but that’s for later. Hope everyone had a spooky and fun halloween! One could certainly say this Liffeyside season was both spooky and in some ways fun, as we capture a Cup win, after a horrifically disappointing regular season. Couldn’t score a goal to save our lives, and it feels like many lives were lost indeed. Kaspars Kalinins made some decent strides throughout the season, earning some more respect as a playmaker and tactician up the middle, and trying to keep the defensive structure intact as much as possible. Things were looking tough down the wings, but the team is primed to grow in that area in the next couple seasons as we bring in more talent and grow our existing young talent. Having some maturity in net, and through the middle should allow for some cuts and growing pains up the wings in the near future, and should align nicely in our primes. Just have to keep grinding away, and enjoying what we hope to be another winning season, like back in the day.
