Interviewer: Welcome, happy to have you back for another interview. Friendlies have already started, you played Rova and lost 3:1. Not a great start to this Preseason. Tell me about the move ups, your draft and your expectations for the upcoming season.
Bergmann: Well, let me start by saying I liked what we showed, although we lost. Score could have been closer. With Vincent and Domingo moving up into the Majors, we lost two key pieces upfront and in the net. Both important positions, which are hard to replace. In terms of the new guys moving up from the academy, we have been chatting a bit and so far they have integrated really well. I am looking forward to see what they will be able to do in the upcoming season.
Interviewer: You skipped right over the expectations for the upcoming season. Was that intentional on your end?
Bergmann: Right, not intentional, although I have to admit, it will be a though season. The goal is to give it all we have and hopefully avoid relegation, but our team is a bit weaker then last season and the competition once again is going to be fierce. However I am really looking forward to see what the lads back home in Germany at SFV are able to achieve this season. Hopefully next year both teams of the Organization play Division 1 football.
Interviewer: We'll be looking forward to hear from you after your second friendly. Best of luck with your season!
Bergmann: Thank you.
