K. Clamence reflects on Game Day 1 216 Words
#1
After a spell away from Division 1, K. Clamence and Inter London have found themselves once again where they belong, playing top flight football. In their first match, Inter London found itself against Tokyo S.C., a formidable foe with a strong starting XI. However, due to Scud Muffin's imaginative play, the field opened up and K. Clamence was given 2 opportunities to put the ball into net. With a little Bluey Magic, K. Clamence slotted each shot home, leading Inter London into a Dos a Cero victory in their first match.

After the game, K. Clamence thanked Scud Muffin for their contributions and gave special thanks to Tony Yeboah. Tony and K. are inaugural Inter London players and K. Clamence highlighted Yeboah's 9 saves and relentless calm in the face of 24 shots.

Additionally, K. Clamence credited the entire backline, Turtle, Rumma, Drivesinalot, and D'Floor for a fantastic performance as all players averaged above a 7.0 rating.

Though the rest of the week didn't go as well as K. Clamence expected, he realizes the season is long and this team still has a lot of potential to be realized after continuing to grind week in and out. Starting with a win has never felt so good and K. Clamence can't wait to see what happens next.
