<span style='font-size:14pt;line-height:100%'>Code of Conduct</span><br>The BoD received evidence of the user <a href='index.php?showuser=56' rel='nofollow' alt='profile link' class='user-tagged mgroup-7'>@omniscius</a> breaking the Personal Conduct section of the Rulebook. Omniscius had on multiple platforms attacked and harassed other users in the league.<br><br>It is never acceptable to attack or otherwise harass another user. The league will not tolerate such behavior. <br><br>As per Section 1 Rule 1.a and 1.b, we are <b>suspending Omniscius from the forum and league Discord(s) for 2 weeks for personal attacks and harassment of another user.</b> The suspension will last from the 3rd of October to the 16th of October and Omniscius will not be able to claim TPE for Week 2 and 3 of the season. The player Budget Busquets will also be suspended from MD1 to the first leg of the Cup First Round.<br><br>Omniscius will also be put on probation for S6 and S7. Any further breaking of the rules during this period will result in the immediate termination of the position as Manager of CF Catalunya.<br><br>Omniscius is able to appeal the punishment according to Rule 2 of Section 1.
