Another week flew by and that's a good news for Elmis. Something did happen in the league, such as the draft. But that didn't matter much for London as the team is slowly preparing for the upcoming season. This season is about to be somewhat unique. We will have no punching bag in division 1 as no one wants to rebuild. Athenai had that idea last season, but now they are gone and now we have 8 contenders. Two of them are about to enter the heartbreak city and the receive a ticket to the division 2 next season.
For London, it's obvious. Survive. It's gonna feel good to achieve that feat and maybe something more before their vets are moving on. For Elmis, this season is important. Though with a less pressure. The contract with Hollywood is set to end following this season so a possible failure from London won't hurt him so much. Also with Hollywood being a sure fire favorite in D2 there's always a chance to go back to west side and continue his D1 journey. However, how much are they gonna want him? Now that they drafted a goalkeeper, some questions about his future may already arise.
I guess only time will tell.
