Knockout Draw

Coming into the draw for the knockouts, we had some file issue resulting in us having to set up a custom versus competition for the knockouts instead of continuing with the "normal" FM file. We have fixed those errors in the database for the next iteration of the tournament whenever that will occur.

Now to the draw!
