Deep Dive
During the course of your career you may complete Seasonal Bounties for a monetary reward and this task acts as an introduction to the more long-form content you can produce within the league. A Deep Dive is the chance for you to delve into the history of the league, team(s) or player(s). You must meet the following criteria:
- Minimum of 500 words
You may also submit this deep dive as your first seasonal bounty.
Some ideas to write about:
- Discuss how one team compares to the rest of the league;
- Discuss how a team has played in one game, a stretch of games, or the entire season;
- Discuss the preseason and what it might signal for the season as a whole;
- Discuss a team's history. Have they changed their name? Are they one of the newer teams in the league?
- Discuss player(s) on a team. Discuss the team's young stars, their defense, breakdown of one player's attributes, etc.;
- Discuss a team's SSL Cup run. Will they be able to fight their way to the cup final or what are their odds of winning the SSL Cup?
- Discuss a team's positional strengths and weaknesses;
- Discuss what a team will want in the upcoming draft;
- Draft analysis of the current draft class;
As with all tasks, the PT Team and/or the BoD reserves the right to deny any posts that are perceived to not have sufficient effort.
