Alexis "Chef" Gagne is well known throughout the American southeast for his baseball acumen, particularly his talent for defense as starting centerfielder for the Florida Flamingos minor league squad. Now in his third season with the Flamingos, Gagne has garnered attention for his slick glovework and mindful - if not prolific - approach to hitting. His resume already has some shine to it, as he has earned an allstar-game nod as well as a championship ring with the Flamingos from season 48. Gagne is also well known for his work behind the line of his family's creole restaurant back home. When Gagne isn't shagging flies or working on his swing, you can find him chopping vegetables and making sauces for the family business.
