Organizational Manager for CABA/ATH
What is an organizational manager?An OM is responsible for leading an organization consisting of two affiliates, a Major and Minor League roster of between 11 to 14 players. An OM may hire up to two (2) Assistant Managers (AM) that together will create the organization’s manager group to divide the responsibilities and workload among them. An OM may also hire one (1) Tactician whose sole responsibility is submitting tactics for at least one of the teams and may help with tactical discussions for the organization. The OM is the main point of contact for the organization.

The responsibilities include:
- submit tactics for games
- maintain an active locker room
- keep up to date with league rules
- keep track of organizational players and draft assets
What is the pay?
The job pay is a weekly PT pass + $3.5 million seasonal pay.
