Last Dance for Medellin
#1
As the last MD its just around the corner the Medellin Locker Room atmosphere has fallen mostly silent, after their defeat 3-2 away they fell behind Port Royal, which at the moment are poised to take the title as they have a 3 point advantage over the Colombian side with a 10+ GD, which makes the chances of Atletico lifting the title slim to none.

Caroni Riveras, Right Winger and for a few matches Right Fullback spoke to us about his thoughts on the matter

- "It's heartbreaking really, we picked up steam after the difficult start of the season and for a while it looked like we could actually lift the title, morale was high, we were putting our best performances fixture after fixture... but we fell short."- Explained the Venezuelan player while reminiscing of the last weeks at the club. -"We will do our best to get the win on our last match day to thank the fans for their support, that's the least we can do"-

-"Anything you'd like to say to our readers and to the Medellin supporters?"-

-"Yeah, thank you for putting your trust in us, it was a pleasure to wear this shirt, and once me and the rest of the squad leave for the minor leagues I know that the experience that we had a Medellin will always stay with us... And hope that we can put out a Last dance to be remembered for a long time."-

It's always very hard to lose. But second is still very good!
