Season 2 will go down in history as the first season of the legend himself, coffee biscuit. The combination of speed, height, power, technique. There is no shortage of talent, natural and developed, when speaking about the Montreal based striker. Italian fans are screaming from the roof tops "how could we let this player leave the country! We want to see him play for the greats! Milan! Inter! Juve! Why is he playing in CANADA?!!!"
No one will know why Coffee Biscuit has felt at home in the cold winter of Montreal, but the United fans sure are happy. Having played a good chunk of his first season, Coffee Biscuit has been a breakout striker for the goal-struggling montreal team that has often been lacking goals. It is good that Coffee is there to help create chances and finish well when the team can get them.
Biscuit has cemented himself as one of the top starting strikers in the league, with 8 goals in his first 14 appearances, which is good enough for sixth in the league, behind only the trio of start from Hollywood, Bobby, Jones, Taka, and only Forty-four and Torres from Tokyo and Cairo. Although he is missing a good chunk of assists that his piers have, Biscuit still holds down 7th in xG in the league despite this, showing how impactful he is up-front all by himself.
Although Montreal has struggled to get their offense going as a team, it is not for a lack of a top class striker in Coffee Biscuit. He has all the pieces the team needs to excel and he is only getting better. It is only a matter of time until the Canadian-based team takes off, all they need is a little bit more offensive support and maybe a few less fouls would help as well.
Montreal is set to face Inter London in the Cup Semi-final, having knocked out Rio in the quarterfinals 6-1 on aggregate, and are sitting 5th in the league with only a couple match days to play yet. They could finish as high as 4th in the league, or as low as last place if things do not go their way! 366 w
