Bob Berendsen Review MD12
#1
Hello everyone!

With the season coming to an end I will be looking at my performance over the second half of the season, seeing how I performed in each game.
I will not be going into the overall stats and how I stack up against other players YET, as I will save that for a final article reviewing my performance over the season.

For now we have MD12.

CS Rova Mpanjaka RMP 1-0 Paris AS Paris

This match was honestly a disapointing affair for the AS Paris team, although it is always difficult to get a complete picture of a match when it is commentary only.
There is certain information you miss that you would normally receive, nevertheless Rova did play this match out perfectly.

Matt Oopsie Wrongsport Turk managed to head the ball in the back of the net from a freekick late in the first half and after that Rova could sit back because the pressure was on Paris.
We tried to fight back managing some danger and creating xG, however we never really challenged the goalkeeper enough.

We ended the match being ahead in virtually every metric, leading in xG, Shots, Shot on target. However this shows once again that you can have as many shots or xG as you want, in the end you need to get the ball in the back of the net and this game Paris was just unable to do this.

Bob Berendsen - Match Performance

  • Goals: 0
  • Assists: 0
  • CCC: 1

Rating: 7.2

Personally I still had a pretty decent game, I managed to create a Clear Cut Chance and did my job defensively and offensively. I ended the game with a 7.2 rating, the highest of any player in my team. I think this was a good match to show that even when the game is difficult and we do not win, I am still able to hold my own and contribute to the team.

Personal Rating: B

Good review, I'd love a little more depth but granted its a commentary only game, so not as much to go off of.
