John Wellerman hangs up his boots

Well, this is difficult, but I've made the decision to retire my player, John Wellerman, effective immediately, and I will be stepping away from the league.

I got in too deep. I tried to do too many sim leagues at once and so my wheels kinda fell off. I was recently diagnosed with ADHD (which has explained so much about my life!) and as part of managing that, I'm trying to reduce the total number of distractions and timesucks that I have in my life. Regrettably, that includes sim leagues.

Apologies to my Inter London teammates (or whatever team I'm on... did I get picked up in an expansion draft? I should check that). 'Mon the Inter! I wish you every success.

The sim league community is fantastic, so I know you will all understand this decision. I love soccer. I love this league, and I want to see it succeed and grow! I'll be back someday, but I've learned that I have to strictly limit the number of leagues that I let myself be involved in at any given time, and be pretty regimented about when and how much time each week I devote to sim league stuff. Interest isn't the problem, just available time and mental resources!
