Hailing from the ISFL, the player born in the Maldives, known as Kennyone AlphaKennyone, decided to become a two sport athlete. This was largely inspired by his agent who told him he could make so much more money playing two sports instead of one. Especially with the way soccer players are paid compared to their American football counterparts - and so tempted by greed he decided to also pursue soccer. Soccer was actually his primary sport as he was growing up in the Maldives. However, when he moved stateside for college, he fell in love with American football. On a whim, he tried out for his college team and ended up getting a walk on scholarship despite it being his first day playing the sport. He ended up getting drafted in the 7th round in the minor leagues but made such an impact he went 10th overall in the major league draft. But now soccer was calling his name again...or maybe it was money.
AlphaKennyone signed up for the SSL. He was informed he had to legally change his name prior to being allowed to play in this league. The traditional Maldivian name given by his grandparents. He thought for a long time trying to decide what his name should be. It must've been 10 minutes - he decided on Owen Goal.
