Now I have always been vocal in the lockerroom, if the coach said something about the tactical formation in the upcoming game I would not be afraid to comment on it. However all of that has been low stakes. A comment here, a suggestion there. No this is different, I have been given free reign for implementing a new tactical strategy for the organisation. I am glad the management has trusted me with this opportunity but I cant help but be nervous for our first test. The match will be USP vs Shanghai although I have kept it relatively chill in this matchup.
Hopefully I will be able to start my tactician career with a win! It is a win that is sorely needed too, USP has had their worst start in seasons going 0-3, if we want to have any shot at the title (however small) we need to start winning some games.
I have focused much of my attention to USP, which I hope does not negatively impact my performance with AS Paris. We have also not had the best start however with a win a draw and a loss (+ a win in the cup) the situation is certainly a lot less dire.
