A.C. Romana Draft Recap
#1
As the season has come to an end for all the players, this is just the beginning of a new cycle for the A.C Romana management team. With the organizational manager Malino stepping down tomorrow, this was a huge spot for TooDear and Caspwad to leave their mark and show the organization what they could do. With A.C. Romana having the 3rd and 31st overall selections, this was a good time to add to their young core on Inter London. After having a widely successful S25 prospect draft, this was a good time to add their defensive core.

With the 3rd overall selection, A.C. Romana took central defender Jimothy Erickson. Erickson was the highest-rated center back on the board, and Romana did not want to pass on the opportunity. Erickson is a no-nonsense defender, whose strengths are his tackling, his jumping, and his pace. After a strong showing in his academy season, Erickson will get a chance to learn under a veteran core that will see his mental attributes increase dramatically. He is seen as the potential next captain of this team.

With the 31st overall selection, A.C. Romana took American-born left wing back, Maurjiro Rivers. Maurjiro is a very interesting prospect who primarily plays along the left side of the pitch but can also stand in as a backup striker. Rivers is your classic winger, with incredible pace and acceleration, with a flair for the dramatic. His quick feet help him blow by defenders. His minor journey will see him work on his passing and crossing to make him a complete winger for the first division.

After a successful season for Inter London that saw them win promotion into the first division, these two highly touted prospects will be very big pieces in the quest to help London stay up next season. There will be a lot of familiar faces coming back, so they will get a chance to learn and earn their spot in the lineup.
