OKAY! I did a SUPER deep dive and determined where the mistake was made. Here on 3/10/23, you update Decisions from 13->14. I didn't think anything of it because your player page said your Decisions were 13. HOWEVER, the time most recently you had updated your Decisions was here, where you bumped it from 11->12. So although your numbers were all correct before then, whoever was updating your player page must have typo'd in a 13 instead of a 12, which is worth 6 TPE. You truly do only have 11 banked because your Decisions are 14, which I will leave there as you have had adequate TPE to leave it there. This entire time you've actually used 6 more TPE than we realized (because the Decisions 12 -> 13 were never accounted for).
Update approved! I would note that your earned points with this update do NOT total 1368 (they're actually 1339+12=1351). Total TPE: 1351 Used TPE: 1340 Banked: 11
