Reykjavik Manager Tasks Punishment

When checking Manager Tasks, the managers of Reykjavik were notified that NSU was not roster compliant and given until the tactics deadline of MD1 to resolve this issue per rule E.6.b.

At the time of the MD1 tactics deadline, one player was signed/processed to their contract which made the organization roster compliant on the Budget, but they were yet to be regressed nor added to the FM file which means that the Manager Tasks were not completed.

The organization resolved these issues within one day of the deadline, thereby receiving the "1 day late" punishment as defined by rule E.6.c.

Punishment

@RashfordU , @FuriousChicken and @RussDrivesTheBus are given a warning and put on a one season probation.
