Definitely not getting my words in early this week because I woke up and realized I hadn’t done an article last week. Definitely not!
I actually bothered to watch a game the other day, and it was quite a lot of fun! I knew we won, and I knew the score before watching, so I spoiled it for myself a little, but getting to see it all unfold was still great. Kalinins is really developing into the kind of player I wanted him to be, with a knack for the ball, and a strong playmaking ability up the middle, and it paid off well with a few beautiful passes through the seams, one being an assist.
It’s interesting, as one of the higher TPE players of the Minors, especially in Division 2, I wonder what the difference will really look like in the Majors. If I’m feeling good about how my player looks down here, how different is the competition up there? Will I still like what I see?
I hope so, but I have to make sure I actually square away my TPE in every given week, and not fumble it like a silly goose. Crushing this one in before work, that way I can save future me some hassle!
