1st Round pick coming good for Seoul
#1
Despite a 4-2 lose to Montréal United, Seoul Mythic will be delighted with the progress of one of their summer trades who is starting to show he may have been a steal for what was paid. Luke Walker has really stepped up to the plate in recent games after having a tough start to his career here. Going 4 games (including the cup) without a goal, he has started to hit his stride scoring 8 goals from the last 7 games, making him the top scorer in Minors Division 2. Management are said to be delighted with this recent uptick in his form, despite the team languishing in 5th place in division after a poor start to the season. Many around the league couldn't believe the price being asked for Walker, with in the end turned out to be a solitary 1st round pick, something that in hindsight looked cheap when considering the player Seoul Mythic were getting.

They will be glad to see him causing further issues for opposition defences as the season continues, opening up chances for his team-mates as well as taking chances when they are presented to him. While it might be too late for them to do anything this season (they are currently 13 points behind the playoff position), they will want to continue to improve their players and try to set themselves up better for next season and beyond. While this season may end up being a poor season, the future does look bright for the organisation as a whole with these players starting to come of age and maybe getting the call up to majors in the new season. Only time will tell of course but it'll be a headache they will want, 7 days a week and twice on Sunday!
