Title chances

So, this will be my third season in playing in the Paris blue and today I will have the chance to win my second title. I am ofcourse, incredibly grateful for this. A lot of players have to wait much longer in their careers for trophies, if they even win any at all.

Although there is certainly some disappointment after going out in the Cup against our Parent club Uniao Sao Paulo, I think the fact we brought it all the way to penalties is very commendable. I think we have shown the SSL that not only is Paris the best Minors team right now, we can even hang with the big dogs.

The match against North Shore will ofcourse not be an easy one tonight, they have been our fierce rivals this season and it will only be fitting that we will be able to clench the title while playing against them. I have actually decided to go a different formation against them, some people might find that unwise however I think a little element of surprise can sometimes give you that edge over your opponent.

Even if we fail to win tonight I am still confident in our chances to win out in the last 2 matches and reclaim that minors trophy.
