I am not sure I understand bounties - I created a graphic for the dynamic duo's bounty (below)

I was paid 450k for it. Is it not eligible for a bounty because it was not submitted by the deadline for this contest? I was thinking it would be a generic player graphic bounty outlined below:

I was thinking it would be whatever the grade is (3/5 = 450k) + submission 800k. Am I not understanding something?
