Sei has been a very hands on manager. He trained on the same field as the PS Jakarta players did, worked on tactics directly, communicated with all of the coaching and health staff in person, and met with the press regularly. All while playing for Magyar in the minors of the SSL. He knew firsthand how much it means to have the statistics show your hard work, especially when his team under performed. The academy players for PS Jakarta did not have the same down start to the season as Sei had the season prior, but they were elated to find their accomplishments posted in the open foyer of the academy, where all could gaze along with art pieces of the greats who came before.
