Given that this is my first season away from the Academy and it will be my first with the Celtic organization and my first season with Rova, I'm not expecting much. I just want to go out there and put up some solid stats that I can improve on. I will keep working on improving Scott Newman's ratings and I do have targets to hit for pace/acceleration and work rate. I'm close to hitting the goal for pace/acceleration, just need 36 more TPE to do that and work rate is still always away. Now that I'm off Port Royal FC, I know I need to work on Scott's week foot, my goal is to get that to 15 to start and that shouldn't be a problem because I'm close to the cash amount needed to improve the weak foot rating to 15, so that should be done soon. If I can then improve it to 19 from there, that would be a nice bonus. If I can find the time to pump out media articles, there's no question that I can do that
As for the team expectations for Rova, I know they were a dominate force in the minors 2nd division last season with an impressive record of 13-1-1 with 40 points. They won the D2 title with ease. Now they are in the top division for this season and it's a completely different beast. Coming into the season I keep saying to myself "if we can finish top 5, I'll be happy with that." The ultimate goal is to win the D1 titles and that will take some time. I have full faith in @Bayley, @Nol15736, and our masterful tactician @Crunk. I think I'm going to fit in with the organization well because there are a number of users that I'm familiar with and I know these users are familiar with me by this point
As for Celtic, last season they finished in a 4 way tie for 2nd place with 22 points. Celtic wound up finishing in 5th after getting the short end of the stick because of tiebreakers, tied USP on GD, but USP won the head-to-head 2-0-1. Most of the main roster from that team is returning and two players, Jay Cue Jr. (name sounds familiar, just can't put finger on where I've heard a name like that before) and Lisfor ilovezeagLe, have been called up to the team. This team has the pieces to compete for a D1 titles, but I don't think that'll happen this season. If all goes well they should finish 2nd or 3rd in the standings and next season would have to be the s=year that Celtic wins their first D1 in the team's short history
I'm excited to play in my first matches for Rova this week, even though they are just friendly matches and I'm also excited to have my PRFC teammate, Ahmad Ampharos, to be on the team with me. This should be an exciting season
