Bob Berendsen was nervously checking his watch over and over again. He has his best suit on and is feeling very uncomfortable. He likes wearing his football shorts more but he decides it was best to look a bit more presentable.
He had been assured that it will only be a formality and that he basically has the position, but what if he flubs the interview? Thoughts of everything that can go wrong race through his head. To get his mind of it he rehearses his answers again:
"What kind of community culture do you hope to build? I want to create an competitive environment... no that sounds too hostile. I would like to create a culture of winning? No thats too much"
He is so lost in thought he does not hear the door open and his name called, only the second time does he look up.
"Oh yes Bob Berendsen thats me!" He gets up and gives a handshake to the board member.
They sit down in a spacious office with a large oak desk in the middle of the room.
"So Bob Berendsen, you would like to apply for organisational manager of USP. What experience do you have that would be beneficial for the role?"
