Interviewer: Hello Christopher, happy to have you back for yet another interview. How are thing going in the preseason so far?
Bergmann: Hello, thank you for having me. So far, so good. We know it is going to be a though season in Division 1. We are preparing for our fight to stay up, where we think we belong, in the first Divison. Competition is fierce, Paris is really strong and the favorites to take the title. But looking at our competitors in the lower echolons of the Division, I think Rova, Magyar, Northshore and maybe even Kaapstad might end up in the relegation battle. I expect a lot of close games which might even be decided by whoever ends up having that little bit of luck in the end.
Interviewer: Do you believe in your chances to stay up?
Bergmann: Of course we do. We would be crazy not to after the season we had.
Interviewer: Looking at your friendly against Inter London, you drew 2:2 with Inter London looking to be on par with you. Any reason for concern.
Bergmann: No, not really. Inter London might be in Division 2 this season, but they just got relegated and are the favorites to win and be promoted back up to Division 1. We were testing a bit regarding tactics and don't really see the friendly as a bad sign for the upcoming season. The margins are thin within the bottom of Division 1, so no concern for us.
