Although for some this would be a happy start to the season Tex Star is not satisfied with the way he's played thus far. As the man in the middle, he feels responsible for the lack of offense in the FC KAAPSTAD attack thus far. Averaging just under a 7.0 Rating, he's been responsible for 1 goal and 2 assist in his 8 pro appearances. Thus far in the academy season Tex was responsible for 9 goals, so you can understand the disappointment in his play within his self, especially because we have struggled in the Wins/Loss category so far. Currently KAAPSTAD is 2-2-3 and fighting to avoid relegation being 5th in the standings, after finishing 3rd in the standings last season. Tex believes the keys to helping this offense is his ability to set up the wings and young lightning rod of a striker in Dante Van Wolfe who almost has more goals this season then he did all of last season. So that is one upside to the play of the offense, but they have to figure out how to translate that into more wins if they want to live up to the expectations of the HOLLYWOOD organizational standards for the last few seasons. Can they turn it around or will they face relegation?
