Minors league (1 & 2) attacking statistics UPDATED STATS, WORST STRIKER REVEALED?
#1
Average rating
Average rating gives us a good starting point for looking at which players have been consistently performing at the highest level so far this season. Roquefort Cotswold leads the way with an impressive 8.08 average rating, almost two tenths ahead of Matt Stro in second on 7.89.

Benjamin Munro follows in third with 7.80 while Zach Mulder and Ryan O'Neill sit fourth and fifth on 7.76 and 7.75 respectively. Greg Evil follows on 7.68 with Chris McZehrl just behind on 7.63.
LONDON SUPERSUB (One day I will remove them I swear!) takes eighth with 7.60 followed by Juliette Greer on 7.57. Yoma Hashimoto rounds out the top ten on 7.55.

Cotswold is the clear leader here with a 0.53 rating gap between first and tenth. The rest of the top ten is much more closely matched though with only 0.34 separating Matt Stro in second from Yoma Hashimoto in tenth.

xG (Expected Goals)
xG gives us an indication of the quality of the chances players are getting, higher xG meaning the match engine thinks they have had better opportunities to score. Greg Evil leads the way with 7.81 xG narrowly ahead of Benjamin Munro on 7.73.

Dennis van Huntelrooy (Wow, we will surely see him more in this article) follows in third with 7.37 while Dante Von Wolfe and Arsène N'Goussou sit fourth and fifth on 6.93 and 6.82 respectively. Kuba Kunicki follows on 6.63 with Kairo Vox and Zach Mulder closely matched on 6.28 and 6.27.
Matt Stro sits ninth on 6.21 while Arthur Cain rounds out the top ten on 5.66.

The top two are very closely matched with just 0.08 separating Greg Evil and Benjamin Munro. The gap to the rest is more noticeable.

Shots
Shots shows us which players are taking the most attempts at goal with Dennis van Huntelrooy leading the way by a considerable margin on 60 shots. Roquefort Cotswold follows in second with 49 while Matt Stro sits third on 44.

Zach Mulder follows closely in fourth with 43 while Benjamin Munro records 40. Greg Evil sits sixth on 36 followed by Ben Nelson and Arsène N'Goussou, who are tied on 35.
Yoma Hashimoto takes ninth with 33 shots while Dimitrios Karras rounds out the top ten on 31.

Van Huntelrooy is the clear standout here with 11 more shots than Cotswold in second and almost twice as many as Karras in tenth. I can tell you that Dennis LOVES directing anything towards goal even when it has no chance of succeeding.

Shots on target
Shots on target shows us which players are actually testing the keeper with their attempts rather than just launching the ball somewhere in the general direction of the goal, looking at Dennis here. Roquefort Cotswold leads the way with 26 shots on target, four ahead of Dennis van Huntelrooy and Zach Mulder who are tied on 22.

Matt Stro follows in fourth with 21 while Ben Nelson sits fifth on 20. Greg Evil records 18 shots on target followed by Dante Von Wolfe and Benjamin Munro on 17 each.
Yoma Hashimoto and Kairo Vox round out the top ten with 16 shots on target each.

Cotswold is the clear leader here with 4 more shots on target than the two players tied for second. The rest of the top ten is fairly closely matched though with just 6 separating first from the two players tied for ninth.

Goals
Goals shows us which players have found the back of the net most often so far this season, with Benjamin Munro, Juliette Greer and Zach Mulder all sharing the top spot on 9 goals each.

Roquefort Cotswold and Greg Evil follow closely behind with 8 goals each while Matt Stro sits sixth on 7. Arthur Cain, Armero Staple, Vincent Haye and Barry McGlynn are all tied on 6 goals to complete the top ten.

It's a very closely matched leaderboard with just 3 goals separating the three players at the top from the four players tied for seventh. We already have a three way tie for first so this could get very interesting if someone decides to start scoring a few more.

Goals outside the box
Goals outside the box shows us which players have managed to score from further away, like outside the box. Roquefort Cotswold leading the way with 3 goals from outside the box.

Ben Nelson, Reece Munro, Barry McGlynn and Takaharu Suzuki all follow on 2 goals each. Baptiste Azzola, Adrian Scochnikov, Armero Staple, David Doug II and Dennis van Huntelrooy complete the top ten with 1 goal each.

Cotswold is the clear leader here although it's not exactly a huge gap with only 2 goals separating him from the four players tied for second. It seems scoring from outside the box isn't exactly a common occurrence which probably makes sense considering the goal is usually quite far away.

xG overperformance
xG overperformance shows us which players have scored more goals than they would have been expected to based on the quality of their chances. Juliette Greer leads the way with an impressive 4.12 xG overperformance, meaning she has scored more than four goals above what the match engine expected.

Roquefort Cotswold follows in second with 3.33 while Zach Mulder sits third on 2.73. João Mendes and Blaise N'Kufo are closely matched in fourth and fifth with 2.60 and 2.52 respectively. Barry McGlynn follows on 2.35 while Hans Grudnar records 2.02.
Isaiah Ali sits eighth on 1.85 followed by Leonardo Stone on 1.69. Rodiano Santori rounds out the top ten with 1.63.

Greer is the clear standout here with a 0.79 gap over Cotswold in second. Everyone in the top ten is outperforming their xG though, since the statistic is called overperformance and not underperformance.

Predicted goals
Predicted goals gives us an indication of how many goals a player's overall attacking output suggests they could have scored based on my scientifically proven 100% accurate made algorithm. Zach Mulder leads the way by a considerable margin with 19 predicted goals, six clear of Greg Evil and Benjamin Munro who are tied on 13.

Arthur Cain, Matt Stro and LONDON SUPERSUB (what a player!) all sit on 11 predicted goals followed by Juliette Greer and Roquefort Cotswold on 10 each. Kuba Kunicki and Dennis van Huntelrooy round out the top ten with 8 predicted goals each.

Mulder is the clear predicted winner here with his 19 predicted goals putting him well ahead of the rest of the competition. The three way tie on 11 is also notable, while the final two players are another three goals behind them.

Offsides
Offsides shows us which players have been caught offside most frequently with Dennis van Huntelrooy leading the way on 23 offsides. Dante Von Wolfe follows closely behind in second with 22 while Arsène N'Goussou and Owen Goal are tied on 20.

Armero Staple sits fifth with 19 followed by Hans Grudnar on 18. Blaise N'Kufo records 15 offsides while Benjamin Munro and Leonardo Stone are tied on 14. Ryan O'Neill rounds out the top ten on 13.

It's a fairly close statistic overall with just 10 offsides separating Dennis van Huntelrooy at the top from Ryan O'Neill in tenth. The top five are particularly close with only 4 offsides between first and fifth. Maybe try standing at the other side of defenders next time.

That's the fun part about clickbait, I don't have to mention it again!

BUT due to such high demand for an answer, based on xG underperformance: Dante von Wolfe with -2.93. He does however have 10 games played.
Looking at my own player who is also a contender with 9 games on -2.37.
