Tex Star continues to have a solid rookie campaign and FC Kaapstad draws again 1-1. The young team has struggled to find the net and couldn’t oust a struggling North Shore United team who is facing relegation currently being last in the Minor League 1 Division. In the regards of Kaapstad you’ll always take a draw over a loss but that wasn’t a good draw for the squad if they want any chance of beating the stronger opponents, such as, AS Paris amongst others. Louis Ashworth, and Dante Van Wolfe are tied on the season with 4 goals to lead the team in scoring, but they’re both a ways away from the top of the league atm. Tex Star mentioned in a recent interview about trying to target his main man and the Ace Dante Van Wolfe more to show off that great finishing ability he has. The squad is off the next game day but to follow that they take on Montreal United is currently sitting in 4th one spot above FC Kaapstad. This game is important to increase their chances to avoid relegation. Montreal has two top 10 goal scorers in the league in Vincent Haye and Barry McGlynn. Can Kaapstad pull off the win?
