#3 Media Day [Now Open to S27 Players]
cCPT 2

After a successful rookie season with CS Rova Mpanjaka, Scott Newman was getting ready to relax and start training for s28. A couple of days later his agent contacted him saying "I know you're busy with training and all of that, but something has come up." "Go on" Newman replied. "Adidas, Puma, Nike, and New Balance were impressed with you last season and thinks you could be the next big thing. I've scheduled a meeting to talk about potential terms about an endorsement."

This was the big break Newman was looking for and it came very quickly. He knew he had a good season, but one that got the attention of some of the top shoe brands in the world is an amazing feeling. Scott's agent handed him the contracts and told him he had to pick one. After looking through each one he signed a contract with Adidas as they were willing to do something that the other 3 weren't offering; the ability to design his own custom boot

Another thing that the company required was for him to do some promo shoots and film some commercials promoting the brand. A couple of days later he filmed a commercial that featured his own boot. The commercial showed Newman making insane cuts and scoring unbelievable goals. At the end he looked into the camera and said "think you've got game, prove it." He even started posting it on social media trying to get even more attention about the release date for his boot. That day comes and the sales are through the roof as almost every sooner player wants the boot Scott designed

For a young player getting that first endorsement is a huge achievement and Scott Newman is only interested in continuing that rise. More enforcement might come down the line but for now he's focused on working with Adidas

After a very successful rookie season, Sadie Black was being bombarded with brand offers. The following season they proceeded to drop stinkers nonstop, and the companies that were once eager suddenly receded to the shadows. Therefore, as Black had to make the rent over in Cote d'Ivoire, they went to the worst, most deplorable, and also the only brand that kept knocking.

Anyway, on an entirely separate note, have you ever heard of Polymarket? The company that lets you bet TPE on SSL games? Did you know that any bet with them is a guaranteed win? It's true! Simply use my promo code $Shameless$ for 5 free bets of $1 TPE, and you too can make a fortune off of betting on SSL games! Any reported losses are propaganda from big recession made to keep you down! Ever since I've been betting with Polymarket, my Predicted TPE peak has shot up to 4000! What am I going to do with it? Nothing! It just looks better if it sits in my bank account!

Hundreds of players bet on the SSL's own weekly predictions. You put in your answers, you get 1-4 TPE per week... Booooorinnngggg...
Where's the risk? There's no point if you aren't constantly at risk of losing it all! Go on, gamble 800 TPE on Athenai beating USP. What's the worst that can happen? If you lose, another player will just spring up next season with II in their name, entirely unrelated to the first! Smart "investors" will even make these gambles with their starting 280 TPE in the academy for the sake of maximizing their chances, at the downside of sacrificing the young players to the regression gods.
But wait, it gets even better! If you download the app now, you will get complete access to the SSL script for the next season----

*After this message, Sadie Black was suspended from taking any further sponsorships*

Having completed his first season at Guayaquil Rylakn was approached by an Australian health food company to become one of the many faces of their new product. The new product being a “Daily Foundational Nutrition Drink Mix”. Effectively its green powder that competes with the likes of AG1 or GRNS, but instead this one is Aussie branded and called Greens and Gold. Despite not really knowing what goes into this stuff, Rylakn is more than happy (after some convincing from his agent), to take on the sponsorship. So far he hasn’t had to do too much for them, but he is now being supplied with a permanent supply of the stuff. It remains to be seen just how much this will  impact his professional development and performance, but every little advantage counts in the SSL. It is such a competitive league and if this helps push him over the top to become the next big thing, then why not give it a go.

So far he has done a couple of interviews, a video shoot and a photoshoot. All of this was done in a 2 day event, where they flew him out to Sydney, wining and dining him the whole time. At the risk of getting a big head, I’m sure the young footballer could get used to this life. 2 days work, all expenses covered and a lifetime supply of the good green stuff? What’s not to like? Of course there is some money coming in and a couple of events and future obligations, but for such a young player its really all upside. Of course it is a little weird when you scroll Instagram and you see your own face on the screen trying to sell you something, but if you aren’t prepared to become a public figure then you probably shouldn’t be putting yourself out there on the world stage to play football.

One way or the other, it is a good first sponsorship and its all up from here. For now Rylakn will gte back to work putting in the effort in the offseason, to make sure he comes back to the club in the best shape of his life, ready to take SDG to the next level next season.
