Lexington Declares for S2
#1
Ottawa, ON — A Canadian soccer prospect has declared that they will be joining the Simulation Soccer League in S2. Dorian Lexington, a technician centreback, is regarded as a great pickup for any team in the SSL and is expected to cause some waves when the waiver claim for the new season has opened.

“I want to play with the very best in the world,” said Lexington from a web conference to announce their intent. “The SSL is a new league but in its first season you can already tell it’s the future of the sport and I can’t wait to be able to add top the level of competition. I strongly believe that I can make an immediate impact and I’m looking forward to finding out what team I will be able to join.

With a few weeks to go until teams will be able to claim these new players, there is a lot of speculation over where players will land as they have plenty of time to work of their game before they are selected by a team. Lexington will have to compete with the likes of G.O.A.T., Jokull Juliusson and Laurent Gourcuff as the early players who have declared their intent to join the league in S2.

Lexington has committed to practicing in Ottawa while waiting to find out where he will make his permanent home going forward. Being from North America it is expected that the defender would like to remain close to home with Hollywood potentially being a preferred destination.

“I am open to playing on any team,” said Lexington. “I know the league is set to expand and I know I could be a solid player for a team to build around. Regardless of where I end up I intend to put in the required work to be a star in the SSL.”

I look forwarded to seeing arguably one of the most technical centrebacks I've seen in awhile. I hope Athens is a destination on your mind
